Jun 10, 2021

The Aurora, Colorado, communities will offer single- and two-story floor plans across three collections.

Pulte Homes has announced that it will offer 243 new homes at The Aurora Highlands, a new master-planned community in Aurora. The builder plans to open sales in September, with completions and move-ins anticipated by the first quarter of 2022.

Once complete, the mixed-use master plan will offer homes in eight villages across 4,000 acres, plus 21 miles of trails, 500 acres of park and open space, and four new schools.

Pulte’s new homes will be available in three collections, with the first, the Pinnacle Collection, set to start construction in September. The Pinnacle Collection includes four detached single- and two-story home designs on 50 by 110 foot lots, ranging from 1,779 to 2,843 square feet in size with three to six bedrooms, flex spaces, lofts, two-car garages and unfinished basements.

The Crest Collection will also feature four single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,455 to 3,382 square feet in size with four to six bedrooms, open living spaces, and an optional flex living space. The Summit Collection’s four designs are all two-story detached homes, built in clusters of four with two-car garages and a shared driveway. The homes will range from 1,400 to 2,100 square feet on 50-by-55 foot homesites, and offer low-maintenance living options for residents.

Pulte’s floor plans are expected to be finalized in late July, with pricing to follow about a month later. An on-site grand model home opening will be held in December.

“We are elated to join The Aurora Highlands community. The vision that Carlo and Carla Ferreira have for this project is incredible in location and amenities, and we feel honored to give home buyers the ability to customize their house to make it feel like a home,” says Les Anderson, Pulte division president of New Mexico and Colorado. “This community parallels the quality and pride that goes into every Pulte home.”

The Aurora Highlands will also include neighborhoods by Richmond American Homes, Bridgewater Homes, Tri Pointe Homes, D.R. Horton, Century Communities, and Taylor Morrison.
