A Community, Artfully Designed

At The Aurora Highlands, our vision is to create more than a place to live. It’s a place designed around the art of living well—where thoughtfully planned neighborhoods, parks, trails, public art and gathering spaces come together to create an award-winning community unlike any other in Colorado.

A Masterpiece in the Making

Located in Aurora, Colorado, The Aurora Highlands is a 4,000-acre master-planned community where city energy meets open space, with easy access to Denver International Airport, downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains.

The Aurora Highlands brings together a wide range of homes, neighborhoods and amenities within a master plan designed to grow with the community. Today, residents enjoy expansive parks and open space, unique public art, recreational amenities and schools, while future plans include shopping, dining and additional places to gather and connect.

At the heart of it all is The Art of Living: a vision for a community where the places you live, play, gather and explore are all part of the experience.
