The Aurora Highlands hosts Groundbreaking for the Aerotropolis Regional Transportation Authority

On September 20, 2018, The Aurora Highlands (TAH) hosted the Aerotropolis Regional Transportation Authority (ARTA) groundbreaking. ARTA is an intergovernmental agreement between the City of Aurora, Adams County, and the Aerotropolis Area Coordinating Metropolitan District (AACMD), to establish the first Capital Improvement Plan for the construction on the initial regional improvements. ARTA is responsible for building the road infrastructure including the 38th Avenue and E-470 Interchange, 26th Avenue, 1-70 Interchange, Powhaton Road, and 48th Avenue.
