Bridgewater Homes And Taylor Morrison To Begin Offering Homes For Sale Within The Aurora Highlands
The two builders will add nearly 600 homes to Aurora’s premier master-plan community in their first releases

AURORA, Colo. (August 10, 2022) – Two major builders, Bridgewater Homes and Taylor Morrison, will begin pre-sales on homes in The Aurora Highlands this month, adding exciting residences to the mixed-use, master plan community that, once completed, will span almost 4,000 acres and include eight distinct villages, 21 miles of trails, 500 acres of parks and open space and four new schools.
Taylor Morrison, the fifth largest homebuilder in the nation, will start offering pre-sale homes from its Landmark Collection of paired homes in The Aurora Highlands on August 13. A few days later on August 19, Colorado-based Bridgewater Homes will begin pre-selling more than a dozen of its floor plans.

With demand for home inventory continuing to rise, hundreds of potential residents of The Aurora Highlands have already expressed interest.

Although Taylor Morrison will eventually offer a variety of floor plans within The Aurora Highlands, it will begin with pre-sales of The Landmark Collection, which features paired, ranch home designs in single-level, low-maintenance layouts ranging from 1,573 to 1,775 square feet with optional basements per lot. There are spacious 9-foot ceilings, secluded primary suites, 2 car garages, included studies (per plan) and eat-in kitchen islands. Other collections coming to The Aurora Highlands in the future will offer similar features with two-story, single-family home options ranging from 1,608 to 2,823 square feet with optional basements, main floor bedroom options, vaulted ceilings (per plan), and up to 6 bedrooms.
Taylor Morrison’s homes are customizable using their modern interior finishes packages, known as CANVAS. They will all include a full suite of healthy-home, TM LiveWell technologies, including whole-home air filtration systems, smart thermostat innovations, hands-free kitchen faucets, kitchen water filtration and low VOC (volatile organic compound) paint.
There will be a total of 417 Taylor Morrison homes at The Aurora Highlands in its first release.
Bridgewater will offer 15 floor plans to perspective homebuyers, including six 2-story plans like the 3,936 sq-ft Adeline with its spacious upper-level master, main floor bedroom or office and 3-car garage. Additionally, they will offer nine ranch-style homes including the 5,178 square-foot Camden with its oversized garage and a spacious covered porch.
All of Bridgewater’s plans can be uniquely personalized at their professional design center with easy customization options and design features in order to facilitate the feeling of truly making a house a home. The homes boast innovative floor plans with functional spaces.
There will be a total of 176 Bridgewater homes within The Aurora Highlands in its first release.

Floor plans and pricing are available on the Bridgewater Homes and Taylor Morrison websites. Interested homebuyers can visit Taylor Morrison and Bridgewater at their temporary sales offices located at the corner of Main Street and E 38th Place in The Aurora Highlands.
A grand opening, on-site event will be held in conjunction with first model homes being made available to the public in early 2023. The first anticipated residents are projected to move in late spring of 2023.
Once completed, The Aurora Highlands will offer amenities like an ice and recreational center, water park and the nearly 100-acre Hogan Park at Highlands Creek. The park will feature a zip line, climbing wall and a picnic area among trails, performance plazas, public art and more. The community is designed to eventually be home to 50,000 residents.
