Currently, Richmond American Homes is selling homes in their Estate, Landmark, Seasons and Urban collections and Pulte Homes is selling homes in their Pinnacle, Crest and Summit Collections. Taylor Morrison is offering their Landmark, Town and Horizon Collections. Tri Pointe Homes offers plans in their Crescendo, Prelude and Ensemble Collections. Bridgewater Homes offers 17 semi-custom designs. Future builders include D.R. Horton and Century Communities.
Development Spotlight
Located across the street from the new Event Lawn on Main Street, the planned Civic Center will be a focal point of the community. In the early planning stages, it is envisioned to be an annex for integrated community services from the Metro District, the City of Aurora, Adams County, and state and federal agencies as appropriate to the community needs. The center could potentially house a police substation, public meeting space and post office, as well as municipal and county services such as licenses and permits.

Check out our huge video wall, interactive touch screen TVs featuring virtual tours of the vision of The Aurora Highlands, giant topo table and The Aurora Highlands Café where you can grab a coffee or cold drink while you enjoy our free WiFi.
