The Aurora Highlands Recognized for Marketing Excellence at 2025 Denver MAME Awards

The 4,000-acre master-planned community continues its award-winning momentum, earning top honors for marketing creativity and innovation at the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver’s annual MAME Awards.

AURORA, Colo. (November 3, 2025) – The Aurora Highlands once again proved its creative strength and marketing leadership at the 2025 Denver MAME Awards, earning four major honors and being named a finalist in 11 additional categories. Hosted by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, the awards were held on Saturday, November 1, and celebrate excellence in marketing, design and community development across the homebuilding industry.

This year, The Aurora Highlands took home:

  • Best Radio Ad – “Home for the Holidays”
  • Best Special Promotion – “Home for the Holidays”
  • Marketing Professional of the Year – Zobi Naqshband, Digital and Social Media Marketing
  • Best Overall Advertising Campaign – “Community of the Year Campaign”

The community was also recognized as a finalist in the following categories, all of which they won in 2024:

The “Home for the Holidays” campaign, which earned both Best Radio and Best Special Promotion, showcased the emotional connection of coming home during the holiday season through storytelling, community events and local partnerships. The initiative was amplified through traditional and digital channels, capturing the attention of both homebuyers and industry peers.

In addition, Zobi Naqshband received Marketing Professional of the Year, recognizing his exceptional work leading The Aurora Highlands’ digital and social media presence. His innovative approach to content, engagement and analytics has helped the community maintain strong visibility and resonance across platforms.

The Aurora Highlands also earned Best Overall Advertising Campaign for its Community of the Year Campaign, which captured the community’s growth, art and amenities through cohesive messaging across print, digital, video and experiential activations.

The 2025 MAME Awards mark another milestone in The Aurora Highlands’ commitment to creativity and excellence. Over the past several years, the 4,000-acre master-planned community has become one of Colorado’s most awarded developments, earning 48 local, regional and national recognition for its innovative marketing, striking public art installations and robust community amenities.
