Celebrate the Light, Plant the Seeds, and Welcome a New Season of Growth at The Aurora Highlands Spring Equinox Gathering

Join us as we welcome the Spring Equinox — a meaningful moment of balance, renewal, and fresh beginnings. As the days grow longer and the earth begins to awaken, we invite you to gather with neighbors, friends, and family to celebrate the season of possibility.

The Spring Equinox is a time of connection — to nature, to community, and to ourselves. Together, we’ll reflect on what we hope to cultivate in the months ahead while engaging in creative, hands-on activities designed for all ages. Whether you come with loved ones or on your own, you’ll find a welcoming space to create, learn, and grow.

We’ll provide everything you need to paint your own flower pot and plant a seed — a simple yet powerful symbol of hope, intention, and new beginnings. As we create, we’ll share stories and intentions for the season ahead. Participants will also have the opportunity to paint rocks with messages of encouragement and inspiration. Leave one in the community to brighten someone’s day or take one home as a reminder of your intention.

In addition to creative activities, the event will include environmental education and resources focused on mental health and healing — honoring the deep connection between caring for the earth and caring for ourselves.

This family-friendly event is open to everyone and designed to inspire creativity, reflection, and community connection. We can’t wait to celebrate the turning of the season with you.

Come plant something beautiful — in the soil and in your heart — at The Aurora Highlands.

Please let us know if you’ll be joining us.
