Spring Equinox Event

Sunday, March 22, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
The Aurora Highlands Visitor Center

The Spring Equinox Gathering at The Aurora Highlands Visitor Center was a wonderful success and a meaningful way for the community to welcome the new season. Nearly 100 residents and families joined us for an afternoon focused on creativity, connection, and renewal. Guests painted flower pots, planted seeds, created inspirational rocks, and took part in activities centered on growth, intention, and community spirit.

We received an incredible amount of positive feedback from attendees, and the event truly reflected the welcoming energy of The Aurora Highlands. A special thank-you goes out to the youth leaders from EYE For Prevention, who helped lead several of the activity stations, as well as Klaire from Purdy Plants for her generous plant distribution. We were also excited to have local vendors on site, including Kitty Beanz Coffee and Italian Heart Vegan Soul Kitchen, which added even more energy to the afternoon.

Check out all the photos and videos of the event by Ivy Lynn.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the Spring Equinox Gathering such a positive and memorable community event.
